GEA is governed by a Board of Directors and managed by employees who provide membership services and support. A General Manager is responsbile for the day-to-day operations of the organisation and staff, and reports to the Board on a monthly basis.
GEA holds its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in November each year where a Board of between five and seven is elected.
